If you have Windows XP or greater we recommend you "Restore your PC" often.
So if you install a unwanted bit of software you are able to go back to a previous restore point
To do this Click Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and Click System Restore

To remove the iSearch ToolBar in your Internet Explorer Browser
Remove the file in your system32 folder called toolbar.dll
(eg C:\WINDOWS\system32\toolbar.dll)

To remove the iSearch Taskbar Popup from your destkop
(The search bar that hovers/rolls/scrolls above system trey in bottom right hand corner)
Three finger Salute (Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
End the process called desktop.exe
Restart PC in SAFE MODE and Remove the folder C:\WINDOWS\isrvs

To deleted programs in the future that are not listed in your Add-Remove Programs List or Registry
Goto SysInternals.com
Download FileMon
Run FileMon while using the unwanted bit of software
Look at the path FileMon logs and remove the program (back it up before you delete - encase you misread filemon)

IF YOU CANNOT DELETE A FILE YOU WILL NEED TO:
1. Reboot your PC
2. When you see the first black loading screen hold the F8 key
3. You will be presented with an option to start your PC in SAFE MODE (if you do not see this option repeat steps 1,2)
4. After your PC loads up in SAFE MODE
5. Navigate to the File you could not delete previously and delete it
6. Reboot PC
THESE STEPS WILL REMOVE SPYWARE AND REMOVE SEARCH BARS!
